Dylan Harris

Dylan Harris

Founder & Recovery Coach

Over the course of 16+ years in the drug & alcohol addiction field, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best providers in a program that consistently delivered strong results. Most of my years in the field were as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Clinical Supervisor, where I trained, evaluated, and managed a team of certified counselors. I worked my way up to the executive team and stepped into a behind-the-scenes role, supporting clients only when needed. Over time, I realized how much I missed the direct, day-to-day connection of helping individuals on their recovery journey.

When my employer unfortunately had to close its doors and our team was laid off, it became clear that this was the right moment to open my own practice. I created Redemption Wellness Coach to continue supporting people struggling with drugs and alcohol through non-clinical recovery coaching focused on personal development, goal setting, accountability, and wellness.

With more than 16 years of hands-on experience and connections to professionals with over 20 years in the field, I've had the privilege of supporting thousands of clients and working with families along the way. I've seen the full spectrum of challenges that arise in recovery — and I know how to help navigate them.

I've built strong relationships with key counselors, coaches, hospitals, rehabs, and sober living programs over the years, which allows me to help clients connect with helpful resources when needed.

Most importantly, I understand that every client is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all solution in recovery. My approach is personalized, practical, and rooted in the belief that real progress comes from clear goals, consistent action, and the right support at the right time.

Whether you're early in your journey, rebuilding after setbacks, or simply looking for steady accountability to maintain your progress, I'm here to walk alongside you with encouragement, real-world insight, and a deep respect for your individual path.
